Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Bigger Room Intensive

• You may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as your strategy session has not yet taken place.
• After your strategy session takes place, the Intensive is non-refundable, because the work and preparation have been delivered.
• You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered.
• Your Intensive must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
• Payment plan: by choosing 2 payments of $1,150, you agree to complete both payments. If a payment fails, sessions and support pause until it is resolved.
